<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductor that has a low surface electric resistance value and high light transmittance, and is hardly colored, and to provide a touch panel using the transparent conductor. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductor includes: a transparent substrate; a reflection reducing layer on one side surface of the transparent substrate; and a transparent conductive layer on the reflection reducing layer. A first hue adjusting layer which is made of cured materials of compositions including curing compounds, and has the thickness of≤2000 nm is provided between the transparent substrate and the reflection reducing layer. A second hue adjusting payer which is made of cured materials of compositions including the curing compounds, and has the thickness of≤2000 nm is provided on the other side surface of the transparent substrate. The total light transmittance is≥90%. The value of a* of an L*a*b* color system defined by JIS Z8729 is in a range of -1 to 1, and the value of b* is in a range of -2 to 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
