<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state estimation method and a state estimation device capable of estimating the SOC, etc. of a power storage device with high accuracy by comparatively simple calculation. <P>SOLUTION: The state estimation device which estimates the state of the power storage device in an on-line state includes: a voltage/current measurement means 20 for measuring a current and a terminal voltage of a battery 10; a data extraction means 40 for extracting current data in a range where a current change rate exceeds a value of a set change rate and voltage data corresponding to the current data; a means 43 for identifying a constant of an equivalent model for identifying a circuit constant of an equivalent model of the battery 10 by using the extracted current data and voltage data; and a state estimation calculation means 44 for estimating an open circuit voltage of the battery 10 by using the identified circuit constant and the extracted current data and voltage data, and estimating the SOC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
