The present invention relates to a cooling and heating apparatus using a heat pump capable of efficiently cooling and heating by minim zing heat loss by maintaining the constant reheating ability by preventing evaporation pressure from being dropped by maintaining the constant discharging amount of a compressor by automatically injecting refrigerant into the compressor when a heat pump is operated at low temperatures in order to efficiently cool and heat an area with a large space such as a building including a house, a gymnasium, a factory, or the like. The cooling and heating apparatus using a heat pump comprises: a fan coil unit installed in the upper part inside a building including a house, a gymnasium, a factory, or the like; a water tank connected with a pipe to supply heating water or cooling water for maintaining a constant temperature by the fan coil unit; and a heat pump connected with the water tank by a connection pipe, and for reheating or re cooling to maintain a constant temperature by supplying and collecting heating water or cooling water with a constant temperature. The present invention has an effect of maintaining the constant reheating or recooling capability by preventing evaporation pressure from being dropped by maintaining the constant discharging amount of a compressor by automatically injecting refrigerant into the compressor when a heat pump is operated at low temperatures. |
