A physical property changing device and method for controlling physical properties of a material by using visible rays irradiate visible rays having a researched frequency to the material, so zeta potential and particle diameter of the material are changed and the material is changed into a material having properties desired by a user. The physical property changing device comprises a control signal generating unit (10), a peculiar signal generating unit (20), a resonance induction signal generating unit (30), and a resonance induction visibly ray outputting unit (40). The physical property changing method comprises a control signal generating step (S10), a peculiar signal generating step (S20), a resonance inducing signal generating step (S30), a resonance induction visible ray outputting step (S40), and a resonance inducing step (S50). By using wave energy in a visible ray region band, physical properties of an object material are changed into physical properties desired by a user, so zeta potential and particle diameter are controlled and a change in physical properties of the object material can be immediately and more effectively performed. Furthermore, the object material is easily treated to have physical properties intended by a user in various industrial fields so that the device and the method of the present invention are effective in contributing to the development of the industry. |
