According to the present invention, a method for checking emotion information from a voice includes the following steps: receiving a voice frame where a sound generated from a user is converted into an electric signal; detecting phonation information and articulation information related to phonation and articulation of the user from the voice frame; and checking emotion information of the user corresponding to the phonation information and the articulation information.
