<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for motorcycle which has a good drainage property and good grip performance when running a wet road surface, while having outstanding wear resistance, and can also achieve reducing of noise. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire for motorcycle has a tread pattern which is made by independently dispersing and arranging at least three kinds of inclined lug grooves extending in the direction converging to an equator C of the tire from a grounding end side TE of a wheel tread 1 to each of half width areas of the tread bordering on the equator C of tire and shifting the arrangement in which the inclined lug grooves serves a line symmetry by taking the equator C of the tire as symmetry axis for each class in the tire circumferential direction between half width areas. In the central inclined lug groove arranged in a central area from the equator of the tire to 12.5% of the tread ground width, the groove central line extends in the direction inclined by 9-23°to the tire, and the total length is≤120 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
