<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryosurgical unit that can perform the cryotherapy of a microscopical region, needs not insulate a tube that supplies refrigerant into a diseased part, and can recycle the refrigerant without discharging the refrigerant in the atmosphere, and to provide a temperature control method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The cryosurgical unit includes: a probe 11 that freezes a diseased part 30; a refrigerant holding container 12 that maintains the refrigerant used in the probe in a liquid condition under the pressurization condition; a condenser 14 that cools and condenses the refrigerant in a gas condition; a first tube 15a that sends the refrigerant 1 of a liquid condition to the probe; and a second tube 15b that sends the refrigerant of a gas condition from the probe to the condenser. The probe 11 has a double tube structure that includes an inner tube and an outside tube, and the inner tube decompresses the refrigerant of a liquid condition from the first tube, and as for the outside tube, the external surface thereof comes in contact with the diseased part, the decompressed refrigerant flows in the inside and deprives heat from the diseased part, and the refrigerant is evaporated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
