<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lens in which a film improved in heat resistance property and flexibility of a hardened material and opaque film to a use wavelength region is formed on a part or all of a non-light beam effective part.SOLUTION: A lens has a light beam effective part and a non-light beam effective part, a film opaque to a use wavelength region is formed on a part or all of a non-light beam effective part, and a sub-wavelength structure having equal to or less than the use wavelength containing aluminum or an aluminum oxide is formed on the light beam effective part. A method for manufacturing the lens includes the steps of: applying a coating material containing an epoxy resin and an alicyclic acid anhydride hardening agent on the non-light beam effective part of the lens, and then hardening it to create an opaque film; and after the step of creating the opaque film, forming a film containing aluminum or an aluminum oxide on the light beam effective part of the lens; and then treating the film containing aluminum or the aluminum oxide by means of water having the temperature of 60°C or more and 100°C or less to form the sub-wavelength structure.</p> |
