<p>Provided is a method for analyzing a glycoprotein in a simple manner. A method for analyzing a glycoprotein, which comprises decomposing the glycoprotein to produce peptide fragments, allowing the resultant peptide fragments to pass through a cellulose membrane to separate the glycopeptide fragments from each other, subjecting the separated glycopeptide fragments to a reverse-phase chromatography to obtain the glycopeptide fragments separately, and determining the amino acid sequence of each of the glycopeptide fragments.</p> |
