<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet that can exhibit an excellent vibration isolating function even though a vibration isolating support object is light weight by making its spring constant sufficiently low. <P>SOLUTION: In the grommet 1 comprising a rubber-like elastic material, it has a tubular part 11 which can insert through an inner peripheral member 5 fixed to one member and simultaneously can be loosely inserted in an inner periphery of a mounting hole 3a which is opened on another member 3, a pair of spring parts 12 which are subject to axial support load with shear and compression by extending from the tubular part 11 to outer peripheral side, a pair of fixed parts 13 which are formed on outer peripheral side of each of the spring parts 12 and are fixed to an opening edge part of the mounting hole 3a to interpose the opening edge part from axial both sides, and a slit 14 formed between the spring parts 12 and the fixed parts 13. It is configured so that the spring parts 12 and the fixed parts 13 make it possible to contact with each other via the slit 14 due to deformation of the spring parts 12, and an inner diameter end part of the fixed parts 13 or an opened edge part of the mounting hole 3a makes it possible to contact with outer peripheral surface of the tubular part 11 when the deformation of the spring parts 12 becomes larger than deformation of the spring parts 12 when the spring parts 12 and the fixed parts 13 are contacted with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
