There is provided a medication dispensing apparatus dispensing a medication from a medication storing unit on a basis of medication dispensing information of which a formal sequence of medication dispensing is determined. The medication dispensing apparatus includes an interface unit connected to a first medication storage unit holding a first medication, a communication unit receiving the medication dispensing information, and a controller dispensing a medication in the formal sequence of the medication dispensing information received through the communication unit and when next time medication dispensing information is the first medication dispensing information including the first medication, taking a sequence of medication dispensing information remaining by omitting the first medication dispensing information as a real sequence of medication dispensing to dispense the medication in the real sequence. |
