<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network operation management system etc. capable of specifying a cause of failure caused by a plurality of composite events and its countermeasure. <P>SOLUTION: A network monitoring server 10 comprises: an alert reception part 113 for receiving messages from each monitor object device; a grouping part 116 for grouping the messages by each event; a pattern collation part 118 for collating the grouped messages with pattern definition; a countermeasure information output part 119 for outputting countermeasure information which is preliminarily stored, when the pattern definition is applicable; a primary filter extraction part 115 for extracting an event with a content which is not included in the pattern definition as a primary filter; a monitoring request part 117 for making an applicable monitor object device monitor occurrence of the event extracted as the primary filter; and a primary filter part 112 for applying the primary filter to the messages before processing by the grouping part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
