<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot device that controls a position of a movable part with high accuracy without using a highly accurate encoder. <P>SOLUTION: The robot device includes: a base body 1; the movable part 2 that is driven to be movable relative to the base body 1; an actuator 3 for driving the movable part 2; an inertial sensor 4 mounted to a part that moves together with the movable part 2; an image sensor 5 and a marker 6 serving as absolute position detectors for capturing an image to detect a position or angle of the inertial sensor 4 based on the image; and a calculation unit 9 for interpolating between pieces of position information detected by the image sensor with signals from the inertial sensor 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
