METHOD FOR QUANTITATIVELY DELIVERING GENETIC MATERIALS INTO A SINGLE CELL

The present invention relates to a method for efficiently delivering a certain amount of genetic materials to the inside of protoplasm or a nucleus of a single cell. The method is useful in delivering materials to a specific single cell without external influence, and clearly observing a process that the introduced material acts. The method comprises the following steps: piling the genetic materials to be delivered on a fine tip; and delivering the genetic materials into a cell by an injection pressure of 1200 hPa or more.
