The present invention relates to an exercise device and, more specifically, to a whole body exercise device enabling a user to exercise by moving his/her whole body while lying on his/her belly. Disclosed is an assembly whole body exercise device formed in an assembly type to be conveniently accommodated and transferred, easily assembly and used by a user, having ensured stability, and capable of being installed on a wall surface. The whole body exercise device of the present invention comprises: a pair of rails specially produced; an upper end support for fixing the rails, and capable of being attached to and detached from the rails; a lower end support formed to be attached to and detached from the rails, and having one or more support pines supporting the ground; and a pair of support legs formed on a lower end of the upper end support to have an adjustable length, and formed to be attached to and detached from the upper end support. A pair of handles and a pair of supports capable of respectively supporting hands and feet of a user are formed to be attached and detached on the rails. One of the handles is connected to the support of the rail in the opposite side through an attachable and detachable crossing rod. The handles are connected with handles in the opposite side through a wire, so a safety accident is prevented in advance and durability is ensured. Installation and disassembling are easy, so accommodation and carrying are convenient. |
