The present invention relates to a ground fixing device including RFID fixed on an end portion of a ground fixing device such as a lock bolt, an earth anchor, and an anchor bolt which protrudes from the ground, or a fixing portion for fixing the end portion outside the ground. The RFID comprises: an identification chip to store information about each ground fixing device which has been fixed in the ground or will be fixed in the ground; and an insulation fixing unit to fix the identification chip on the end portion or the fixing portion and protect the identification ship with an insulative material. The RFID can read the information stored in the identification chip to obtain the information about each ground fixing device to effectively manage the ground fixing device. The identification chip is prevented from coming into contact with the end portion or the fixing portion of a metallic material or being damaged and destroyed by interference.
