The present invention relates to a hybrid navigation satellite signal generator. Particularly, normal navigation satellite signal simulation, disturbance signal generation simulation, and navigation satellite signal simulation including mixed disturbance signal can be carried out in a single device by using an RF signal outputted from a hybrid signal generator which is operated according to a command of a navigation satellite scenario controller. So, it can be provided at low cost. It can reduce costs required for test environment configuration and device purchase. Also, it reduces error generating factors due to the feature of the single device so that it can simulate a simulation environment similar to a real environment with high reliability.
