The present invention relates to a battery cell assembly which comprises: at least one battery cell; a first frame arranged on an edge of one surface of the battery cell; and a second frame arranged to face the first frame and arranged on an edge of the other surface of the battery cell. The first frame contacts and faces the second frame so that the first and second frames are coupled by a laser welding or heat fusing method.
