The present invention relates to a molding apparatus for finishing an end of a mat fabric material. More specifically, the molding apparatus for compressing the edge of a flexible mat fabric made of a synthetic fiber material comprises: a frame main body; a base part installed at a lower portion of the frame main body, where a mat fabric is arranged; an upper mold which is arranged on an inner upper portion of the frame main body, and compresses the mat fabric; a heating unit installed on the upper mold; and a transfer cylinder for moving the upper mold. Therefore, productivity can be improved as the mat fabric is prevented from being wrinkled in a process for finishing the edge of the mat fabric by: installing a compression frame and a fixing bar at a lower portion of the molding apparatus; installing the heating unit on the compression frame to generate heat; and compressing the edge of the mat fabric arranged on a base with the heated compression frame, and hardening the same. |
