The present invention relates to a method for updating error information on members, which comprises the following steps. A manager of an alumni association homepage transmits a message about congratulations and condolences for members and events to members registered in a list of addresses. The manager extracts information on a member concerned when message transmission fails due to an error in contact information. The manager extracts members to which the message with regard to a different member fails to be transmitted when the different member logs on and displays information on the members, to which the related message fails to be transmitted, to the logged-on member to let the logged-on member correct information on the member to which the message with regard to the logged-on member fails to be transmitted, thereby allowing error information on a member to be more rapidly and accurately updated in a more effective way. |
