FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and can be used for application of surgical staples into tissues and contains reusable components. Apparatus for staple application has additional unit for pushing out staples and case with distal end, proximal end and longitudinal axis between them. Proximal end has a handle. Distal end has holder for cartridge with staples and rest plate located in opposite side. Executive unit includes, at least, one longitudinally moving element for successive supply of staples in direction of rest plate. Components of apparatus case can be dismounted, processed and reassembled for application during other operative interventions.EFFECT: executive module can be easily removed and replaced inside apparatus case.6 cl, 29 dwg |
