The invention relates to an immunochromatographic method and test system, for determining at least one analyte in a test solution under examination, in which a test zone specific for the analyte is applied to an immunochromatographic membrane immobilised on a support, characterised in that a specific control zone (8, 14) for the analyte, separate from the specific test zone (7, 13) for the analyte (3, 10) is applied to the membrane (6) using an immunochromatographic separation principle, an antibody (4, 11) to the analyte (3,10) for determining coupled to or marked with a substance giving a colour reaction is added to the test solution (2), the analyte (3, 10) and the marked antibody (4, 11) are removed from the test solution (2) by the immunochromatographic membrane (6) and allowed to run over the specific test zone (7, 13) and the specific control zone (8, 14) and by comparison of the intensities, in particular the colour intensities of fluorescence intensities between the specific test zone (7, 13) and the specific control zone (8, 14), the absence, presence or an excess concentration of the analyte (3, 10) can be determined. |
