摘要 According to the present invention, disclosed are a CMOS temperature sensor and a method for measuring a temperature using the same. According to the present invention, the CMOS temperature sensor comprises: first to fifth MOS transistors connected in parallel with each other; first to fourth bipolar transistors connected to the first to the fourth MOS transistors; first resistance (R1) installed between the first MOS transistor and the first bipolar transistor; second resistance (R2) installed between the fourth MOS transistor and the fourth bipolar transistor; third resistance (R3) installed between the fifth MOS transistor and the ground; and an operational amplifier for applying an output value to a gate of the first to the fifth MOS transistors by connecting the first input terminal between the first MOS transistor and the first resistance, and connecting the second input terminal between the second MOS transistor and the second bipolar transistor. The present invention has effects of saving the test costs and time by measuring a temperature by performing only one test at room temperature without complicated temperature test processes by predicting a temperature coefficient of a sensor changed according to a process by testing the sensor only one time at room temperature.
