The present invention is capable of providing higher electrical and thermal properties in comparison with a metal coated on the outside of a carbon nanotube by filling a metal oxide or a metal in a particle or a stick phase through a rapid high-temperature exposure method and manufacturing a carbon nanotube filler. In addition, the method is a useful invention, which can be applied as a hydrogen storage medium, a carbon dioxide storage medium, an electrode material for an electrochemical capacitor, a filler material for a heat radiation composite, an electrode material for an electromagnetic wave shielding material, etc., by using a carbon nanotube filler. |
