According to an aspect of the present invention, a measuring device comprises: a main body wherein a plurality of lenses for receiving light are installed on a front side of the main body; a measuring unit which is installed in the main body corresponding to the lens to measure brightness and illuminance of the light; a blowing unit which is installed in the main body to emit heat generated from the inside of the main body; and a washing unit which washes the lenses by rotating the lenses.
