The first controller terminal is to be coupled to a bypass capacitor coupled to a secondary side of an isolated power converter. The second controller terminal to be coupled to an output node of the secondary side. The first pMOS transistor includes a first source terminal coupled to the second controller terminal, a first drain terminal, and a first body diode. The second pMOS transistor includes a second source terminal coupled to the first controller terminal, a second drain terminal coupled to the first drain terminal, and a second body diode. A cathode of the second body diode is coupled to the second source terminal. An anode of the second body diode is coupled to the second drain terminal.

An integrated circuit package comprising: a secondary controller comprising: a first controller terminal to be coupled to a first node of a secondary side of an isolated power converter;a second controller terminal to be coupled to a second node of the secondary side;a first p-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (pMOS transistor) including a first body diode;a second pMOS transistor including a second body diode, wherein the first and second pMOS transistors are coupled in series between the first controller terminal and the second controller terminal to conduct current from the second controller terminal to the first controller terminal when both of the first and second pMOS transistors are in an ON state, and wherein the second body diode is oriented to block current conduction from the first controller terminal to the second controller terminal when the second pMOS transistor is in an OFF state; anda secondary switching circuit coupled to transmit a signal to a primary side of the isolated power converter; a primary controller coupled to receive the transmitted signal and control a power switch in response to the transmitted signal; and an encapsulation, wherein the primary controller and the secondary controller are disposed within the encapsulation.
