The present invention relates to an antithrombotic composition which contains, as an active ingredient, colored-bean extracts obtained from colored beans or the like and a fraction thereof. The antithrombotic composition according to the present invention contains adenosines and can be significantly and effectively used in treatment of circulatory diseases which can cause thrombopoiesis and includes cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, and the like.
