The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a spiderweb peptide having 10 to 70 KDa of molecular weight or a spiderweb hydrolysate yielded by hydrolyzing the spiderweb through fermenting Laetiporus sulphureus var. miniatus (Jungh.) Imaz. as an active ingredient. The spiderweb peptide having 10 to 70 KDa of molecular weight or a spiderweb hydrolysate yielded by hydrolyzing the spiderweb through fermenting Laetiporus sulphureus var. miniatus (Jungh.) Imaz. shows an excellent antioxidant activity, a MMP-1 inhibitory effect, a collagen synthesis promoting effect, and an elastase inhibitory effect. The spiderweb peptide or the cosmetic composition comprising the spiderweb hydrolysate as an active ingredient of the present invention shows an excellent skin moisturizing effect, a skin elasticity promoting effect and a wrinkle improvement effect. |
