The present invention relates to a medical snare, wherein a noose made from a special metal is inserted into a thin hole of an endoscope to hold and resect polyps by transmitting electricity in practice of polypectomy. According to the present invention, without rotating the entire snare, simply only a wire is rotated to make the noose unfold. In particular, a rotation-connection structure is selected between a conductive material and the wire so that the entire wire including the noose can be smoothly rotated. In addition, a stopper means which can selectively fix the wire is used to stably maintain initial introduction direction of the noose, thereby providing an advantageous structure, saving the time needed for surgery, and making the surgery simple. |
