Disclosed are a sour resistant resin composition and a coating steel pipe using the same. Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a sour resistant resin composition including 50-70 wt% of an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion; 10-30 wt% of a modified acrylic resin; 10-25 wt% of an anti-corrosion agent; 1-5 wt% of a crosslinking agent; and the remainder consisting of water.
