The present invention relates to an apparatus for injecting an urea solution, comprising: a tank main body having an urea solution injection pipe and for storing an urea solution inside; a valve installed in the urea solution injection pipe; an actuator for selectively opening and closing the valve; a plate installed on the bottom surface of the tank main body and pressed by the urea solution injected into the tank main body; a pressure sensor for detecting pressure applied to the plate; a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the urea solution inside the tank main body; and a controller for calculating the volume of the urea solution with which the tank main body is filled by using the input values of a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor, and for closing the valve by sending a signal to the actuator when the calculated volume is above the predetermined set value. The present invention has effects of preventing the excessive injection of an urea solution injected into an urea solution tank, thereby solving a problem that the excessively injected urea solution flows backward and get wasted outside the urea solution tank and contaminates peripheral components, and solving a problem that an urea solution tank is damaged by expansion caused by the freezing of an urea solution caused by the excessive injection of the urea solution. |
