The invention is directed to transgenic plants transformed with nucleic acids that encode a plant transcription factor that increases the transgenic plant's size and yield and/or delays flowering in the plant, and methods of using and producing the transgenic plants.

1. A method for producing a stable transgenic plant comprising the steps of:
(a) introducing into a target plant a recombinant polynucleotide that encodes a polypeptide having at least 90% identity to the full-length of SEQ ID NO:1796; (b) selecting a transgenic plant that produces an increased yield relative to a control plant that does not contain the recombinant polynucleotide; and (c) crossing the transgenic plant to produce a stable transgenic plant comprising the recombinant polynucleotide.
