The present invention relates to an antistatic adhesive composition and a polarizing plate manufactured by using the same, and more specifically, to an antistatic adhesive composition and a polarizing plate manufactured by using same, wherein the antistatic adhesive composition comprises an acrylic copolymer, a cross-linking agent, an antistatic agent, and a polyalkylene (from 2 to 3 carbon atoms) glycol compound having one or more alpha-alkoxy/aryloxy-acetate groups on the molecular end, thereby providing excellent durability and antistatic properties. |
