Disclosed is a bubble removing apparatus for removing bubbles from liquid. According to the present invention, the bubble removing apparatus supplies liquid to a place to be used, by directly communicating the place to be used with a storage unit for storing the bubbles-removed liquid. Therefore, the bubble-removed liquid is supplied to the place to be used without the exposure to the outside. The bubbles are prevented from being generated again in the bubble-removed liquid, while transporting the bubble-removed liquid to the place to be used. In addition, the apparatus can sufficiently remove bubbles from the liquid, by removing bubbles existing in a thin film form stained on an outer circumferential surface of a rotary member. According to an embodiment, the bubble removing apparatus and the apparatus of the placed to be used can be used by being arranged in an inline type, capable of directly supplying the bubble-removed liquid to the place to be used. |
