The present invention provides a rotary sensor unit comprising: a housing; a substrate housed and disposed in the housing; a rotary shaft which penetrates the housing and is disposed to rotate; a sensing unit which includes a sensing magnet rotating with the rotary shaft, and a sensing module detecting a rotational state of the sensing magnet; and a rotary transfer unit which includes a transfer shaft gear disposed on the rotary shaft, a transfer converting gear engaging and rotating with the transfer shaft gear and mounting the sensing magnet to be opposed to the sensing module, and a transfer elastic portion having one end come in contact with the transfer converting gear and an other end fixated to the housing side to provide an elastic force to the transfer converting gear in a preset direction to remove a backlash of the transfer shaft gear and the transfer converting gear to form a constant engagement state.
