The present invention relates to a method for finishing an end of a flexible mat cloth and, more specifically, to a method for finishing an end of a mat cloth, which comprises: a mat cloth preparing step of transferring a woven mat cloth having flexibility in a particular size; a disposing step of disposing the mat cloth cut after the mat cloth preparing step in a base unit of a mold device; a heating and compressing step of forming a compressing unit by pressing an edge end part of the mat cloth to an upper mold heated by operating the mold device after the disposing step; and a finishing step of finishing an end of the mat cloth by wrapping and backstitching the compressing unit by a finishing sheet after the heating and compressing step. An edge of a mat cloth is pressed by a heated pressing frame and is hardened, so crumpling of the mat cloth can be prevented in a process of finishing the edge of the mat cloth. |
