An apparatus for integrally controlling a hydraulic pump and an engine of construction equipment comprises: a power mode determining part for determining whether a power mode of the hydraulic pump is changed by calculating an automatic mode change index as a function of a first state value indicating workload of the hydraulic pump and a second state value indicating the working speed required for a worker; a pump power setting part for setting a power mode of the hydraulic pump according to whether the power mode is changed; and an engine rotation number setting part for setting the number of rotation of the engine according to whether the power mode is changed. |
