The present invention relates to a no-action reactor. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a no-action reactor which has a safety system to operate passively without a separate control command at a nuclear reactor accident. The other purpose of the present invention is to provide a no-action reactor which performs a quick and safe cooling process by maximizing the cooling efficiency of the safety system in an integrated nuclear reactor.
