The present invention provides an adhesive composition capable of forming an adhesive layer with excellent stepped cone conformability and durability, which can conform without generating bubbles or the like in the case of pasting an adherend having low dielectric constant and stepped cone. The adhesive composition comprises: (A) a (meth)acrylic-based copolymer; and (B) a cross linking agent. The copolymer (A) is obtained by copolymerizing monomer components containing, with respect to 100 wt% of the monomer components: (a1) 20-39 mass% of alkyl metacrylate having 10 or more carbon atoms in an alkyl group; (a2) 30-60 mass% of alkyl acrylate having 8 or more carbon atoms in an alkyl group; (a3) 1-20 mass% of monomer having a hydroxyl group; and (a4) 0-5 mass% of monomer having nitrogen atoms.
