The present invention relates to a method and device for reporting aperiodic channel status information in a mobile communications system. The present invention relates to a method and device for reporting and indicating channel status information of a base station in a mobile communications system. The method comprises the steps of: determining whether it is needed to report aperiodic channel status information for multi-user-based channel status information (MU-CSI) report of a terminal; and transferring MU-CSI report trigger information and the aperiodic channel state information report indicator to the terminal when needed.
