The present invention relates to a system and a method for customized one-stop physical examination and, more specifically, to a system for customized one-stop physical examination, which comprises: a central management server (100) including a control unit (110) integrally controlling an operation to recommend items for physical examination and information on a linked physical examination center by using a user information inputted by a user who wants a customized one-stop physical examination service; and a network management unit (230) communicating with the central management server (100) wirelessly; and a user terminal (200) displaying a result of the physical examination when the user is subjected to physical examination at a recommended physical examination center and the user inputted the user information into the central management server (100).
