According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device to spray a liquid antifreezer including potassium acetate and glycerin comprises: a storage tank to store a liquid antifreezer; a spraying unit having an extension nozzle with first and second spraying ports to spray the antifreezer received from the storage tank to a target region; a wind velocity sensor installed close to the target region to detect a wind velocity of the target region; and a controller electrically connected to the wind velocity sensor and the spraying unit to spray the antifreezer through one among the first and second spraying ports in accordance with the wind velocity of the target region. The present invention is to prevent the target region from being frozen. |
