According to the present invention, a heat treatment apparatus including multiple movable door parts, with improved heat insulation performance, comprises: a chamber member for forming the overall appearance of the heat treatment apparatus; and a door member formed at one side of the chamber member. The door member includes: a plurality of panel members arranged along the height direction of the chamber member; a plurality of cylinder members for vertically transferring the panel members; and a height control member for vertically transferring the panel members and the cylinder member. The cylinder member is configured to vertically transfer the panel member by being successively arranged in the height direction of the chamber member at a side portion of the panel member; the panel member and the cylinder member are vertically transferred in the height direction of the chamber member by the height control member; and a packing member in which a space is formed is installed on a lower portion or an upper portion of the panel member so that liquid or gas can flow therein. According to the present invention, a door part at an insertion position can be selectively opened and closed when a heat treatment target is injected into the heat treatment chamber. In addition, heat loss inside the heat treatment apparatus can be minimized by improving heat insulation performance of the door part included in the heat treatment apparatus. |
