The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for measuring shafting bearing reaction force of a ship. In the conventional method, the measured pressure value and a displacement value were manually recorded, thereby a reaction force is measured by a worker by manual analysis. The present invention has effects of installing a displacement measuring device in advance for each measurement position, controlling measurement by controlling increase and reduce of pressure for each position by moving a hydraulic device, automatically and wirelessly transmitting a displacement measurement value and pressure measurement value, automatically measuring a reaction force by correlation of pressure change and displacement change by receiving by a reaction force measuring device by wireless data collection, storing and managing as a file by displaying on a table to compare reaction force measurement data with a design value, outputting the same to an external device, thereby managing history data, and improving responsibility and reducing the working time due to automatic analysis measurement.
