Lyophilization process of anthocyanins from extracts of small fruits of medicinal herbs

It is described a process for freeze-drying of the extracts anthocyanins small fruit medical plant which comprises extraction of fresh and/or frozen, and /or freeze-dried fruits of ethanol or acetone, the purification and the evaporation residue of the extract solvent and the five-stage of the lyophilization program.
