PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a sealing film for solar cell capable of forming a composition containing EVA and ethylene excellently, without causing defects such as streaks substantially.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a sealing film 13A for solar cell including a step for kneading and molding an organic ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene and an organic peroxide, the kneading is performed at X°C, a low-temperature decomposition organic peroxide A having 10-hour half-life temperature of a°C and a high-temperature decomposition organic peroxide B having 10-hour half-life temperature of b°C are used as the organic peroxide, the X°C, a°C and b°C satisfy the relationship of formulae (I) and (II): a°C<X°C-30°C(I), b°C>X°C-20°C(II), and the amount of low-temperature decomposition organic peroxide A is 0.05-1.0 pts.mass for the total 100 pts.mass of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and polyethylene. |
