PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To learn in advance a frequency of a communication signal arriving at a measuring device side and to demodulate the received communication signal using the frequency in a system of performing position determination based on TOA or TDOA using a radio communication system in which a frequency changes.SOLUTION: A measuring pulse generator 10a detects a frequency of a carrier wave of a communication signal when a communication module 20 has transmitted the communication signal to a mobile terminal 4. Each of measuring pulse generators 10a-10d connected with antennas V1-V4 at positions different from each other, respectively, receives a response signal arriving from the mobile terminal 4 as a response to the transmitted communication signal using the frequency detected by the measuring pulse generator 10a, and generates a pulse string for time measurement by demodulating the received response signal. A time measuring unit 32 measures an arrival time of the pulse string generated by each measuring pulse generator 10a-10d. |
