PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce stirring resistance of a hydraulic oil acting on a differential ring gear by further properly suppressing inflow of the hydraulic oil to a differential chamber where the differential ring gear and a differential gear are disposed.SOLUTION: A first seal portion 77 of an outer edge portion including a bottom portion of a flange portion 72 of a reservoir plate 70 is brought into contact with a housing-side step surface 223 of a converter housing 220 to secure sealing of the first seal portion 77. A second seal portion 78 at an opposite side of the first seal portion 77 from the bottom portion of the flange portion 72 is formed so that an outer edge has the linear shape, and is brought into contact with a linear rib formed on a transaxle case and pressed to secure sealing of the second seal portion 78. By forming an outer edge of the second seal portion 78 into the linear shape, the outer edge can keep a contact state even when it is pressed by the rib and deformed, in comparison with a case where the outer edge has the circular arc-shape or curved shape, and the sealing can be further properly retained. |
