PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an odorous component contained into return air from transferring to an outside air side and being accumulated in adjustment outside air by using a total heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A total heat exchanger system includes: a total heat exchanger 10 performing total heat exchange between indoor return air RA and outside air OA; a heating coil 23 disposed to the supply side of supply outside air on the downstream side of the total heat exchanger 10; an air washer 24 disposed on the downstream side of the heating coil 23; a cooling coil 25 disposed on the downstream side of the air washer 24; and a coil 26 for heating and reheating disposed on the downstream side of the cooling coil 25.
