摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a desiliconization and desulfurization treatment efficiently, discharge slag from a hot metal ladle efficiently by consecutively treating the hot metal ladle with gradient and improve productivity.SOLUTION: An inclination angle of a hot metal ladle &thetas; is 3.0≤&thetas;≤9.0, an injection amount of iron oxide containing Fe=50 to 80 mass% is 1.0 to 22.2 kg/t, height of an oxygen lance is 0.65 to 1.50 m, a gaseous oxygen flow is 0.15 to 0.30 Nm/min t, and a discharge angle α is 0≤α≤&thetas;+20, a submergence depth is 1.5 to 2.0 m and a nitrogen gas flow is 0.0056 to 0.020 Nm/min t for an injection lance. For the injection lance, the discharge angle α is 0≤α≤&thetas;+20, the submergence depth is 1.5 to 2.0 m and the nitrogen gas flow is 0.0056 to 0.020 Nm/min t and a blowing speed of Mg weight is 0.030 to 0.165 kg/min t.
